At Lightning Hockey we find that team-building activities strengthen trust and communication, creating a cohesive unit that performs better on the ice. They also foster camaraderie, boosting morale and a shared sense of purpose among players.
In January 2025 JV and Varsity players had a friendly scrimmage at the outdoor rink located in Rosemeont.
